Selectable Drive Modes fine-tune your ride with a single button as you cycle through the five drive modes of the Escape® SUV — Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery and Deep Snow/Sand. Available with an all-wheel drivetrain and 8-speed automatic transmission. The available AWD with AWD Disconnect this system uses advanced sensors to detect when AWD is not needed, switching to front wheel drive automatically so you don’t have to.

Ford has also launched two hybrid models that contain a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with two motors that produce 221 horsepower combined. The hybrid model carries a 14.4 kWh battery that gives it a range of 37 miles on a single charge.
