What Does a Reservation Do For You?

Your deposit saves your model selection and reserves you a spot when the Bronco becomes available to order. You will be able to complete your vehicle configuration before you order.

Online Reservation FAQs

What is a reservation?

A reservation lets you select your vehicle and be among the first to order a new Bronco or Bronco Sport from Ford with a refundable reservation deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Go online and select your preferred configuration, create a Ford Account, select your preferred dealer and enter your credit/debit card details and address. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.*

What is a Ford Account and why do I need one?

A Ford Account lets you sign into the Ford website to save and manage your personal and reservation information. You need to create a Ford Account to reserve your Bronco or Bronco Sport. Reservations can also be tracked in your Ford Account at owner.ford.com.*

Can I select any Ford Dealer?

Only Ford Dealers who are eligible and have activated online reservations can be selected. The eligible dealers will be provided based on your ZIP code, or you can enter the name of your favorite Ford Dealer and will be matched to them.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

You will be able to make changes and complete your vehicle selection at the time you place your order.*

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund.* You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you can’t process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford U.S.). After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment. Once you progress from a reservation to an order with a dealer, however, cancellation requests would be at that dealer’s discretion.

When can I order my vehicle?

You will be notified prior to when the Bronco or Bronco Sport ordering windows open to finalize and confirm your selection and agree on pricing with your dealer.

What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?

The reservation deposit will be handled by your dealer along with the other details of your vehicle purchase.*

When will I take delivery of my vehicle?

You will be able to order your Bronco in late 2020. Production and deliveries will begin spring 2021. Bronco Sport will be available to order in summer 2020. Production and deliveries will begin late 2020. Once actual delivery times may vary based on vehicle model and configuration selected, residency and demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled, you will receive further notification.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford?

No. The purchase agreement will be between you and the dealer, not you and Ford.

How many reservations can I make and can I transfer my reservation?

Up to two reservations per account. Your reservation number is assigned to you and cannot be transferred.*

Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?

Your reservation information will be shared with the dealer you select at the time of reservation. Please see our privacy policy at ford.com/help/privacy for additional information.*

Effective May 1, 2026

ADVERTISED PRICE. The advertised price is the total price a consumer pays for the vehicle and includes all dealer-imposed fees and charges. The advertised price may reflect publicly available manufacturer incentives that are offered to all consumers without qualification (for example, general consumer cash rebates). The advertised price excludes only: (i) applicable sales tax; (ii) tag, title, and registration fees; and (iii) other government-imposed charges. See the state-specific disclosures below for the components of the pre-delivery service fee and other dealer fees included in the advertised price.


CONDITIONAL INCENTIVES NOT INCLUDED. The advertised price does not reflect conditional manufacturer or dealer incentives. Conditional incentives are available only to consumers who meet eligibility requirements and are shown separately on each vehicle’s detail page. Examples include educator, military, first responder, college graduate, lease loyalty, conquest, trade assistance, and incentives conditioned on financing with a specific lender (for example, Cadillac Financial, Ford Credit, GM Financial, and other captive lenders). Not all consumers will qualify. See each vehicle’s detail page, or contact the dealership, for applicable conditional incentives and eligibility terms for which you may qualify.


IN-TRANSIT VEHICLES. Vehicles identified as “In Transit” are en route to the dealership and not yet available for physical inspection. Estimated arrival dates are approximate and are subject to carrier and manufacturer schedules. The advertised price applies to the vehicle as equipped upon arrival. Availability is not guaranteed; an In-Transit vehicle may be sold before it reaches the dealership.


DEALER-INSTALLED ACCESSORIES. Any dealer-installed accessories or options present on an advertised vehicle are included in the advertised price. Customers who do not want a particular accessory may discuss options with the dealership at the time of purchase.


INVENTORY ACCURACY. The dealership updates its inventory regularly. A brief delay may occur between the sale of a vehicle and the removal of its listing. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, the dealership is not responsible for data entry errors or typographical omissions. Please contact the dealership to confirm the availability and pricing of any specific vehicle.


PRICING ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. The dealership endeavors to ensure the accuracy of advertised prices. If, as a result of a typographical error, a data feed error, or a third-party vendor error, a vehicle is advertised at a price that is materially lower than the correct price, the dealership reserves the right to correct the error and will promptly notify any consumer who has submitted an inquiry or offer based on the erroneous price. A correction of a good-faith pricing error is not a change to the advertised price. The corrected price is the advertised price from the time of correction forward.


PRICING UPDATES. Advertised prices reflect the dealership's pricing as of the date of publication. Used vehicle prices are reviewed and updated periodically based on market conditions, including market valuation data such as Manheim Market Report. New vehicle prices may be updated based on changes to manufacturer pricing, manufacturer incentives, or supply conditions. An advertised price will be honored from the date of publication for a period of five days, or until a new price for the same vehicle is published, whichever occurs first. After that period, the dealership may publish an updated price for the same vehicle. The dealership commits to honoring any unexpired advertised price.


VEHICLE IMAGES, FEATURES, AND SPECIFICATIONS. Vehicle photographs may be stock images and may not depict the actual vehicle. Accessories, colors, and equipment may vary from the images shown. Vehicle features and specifications (including equipment, options, and technical data) are provided by the manufacturer and third-party sources and are believed to be accurate as of the time of publication; the dealership does not independently warrant the accuracy of such manufacturer or third-party data. Consumers should verify the specific features and equipment of any vehicle with the dealership before purchase.
